AI readiness assessment: find out where AI can actually help
A straightforward review of where AI could genuinely help your business — and what to put in place first to use it safely.
Free 30-minute consultation
What we look at
A practical assessment, not a sales pitch — you'll come away with a clear, prioritised plan.
We talk to the people doing the work, not just the people signing it off, so the plan reflects how your business really runs.

- Quick wins vs longer-term projects
- How ready — and how secure — your data is
- Tools & licensing you'll need, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Risks, policies & staff training
- A prioritised action plan
The kind of things we find
Every business is different, but a few opportunities come up again and again.
Example
Hours lost to re-keying
Orders or invoices arrive by email and someone types them into another system by hand. That's often the quickest win, and a job for process automation.
Example
Answers buried in documents
Staff spend time hunting through procedures, price lists and old emails. A custom AI assistant grounded in your own documents can find them in seconds.
Example
AI already in use, unmanaged
Staff are already pasting work into free AI tools on personal accounts. We'll recommend a safe, approved alternative and a simple usage policy.

AI: where could it take your business?
When AI creates more work instead of less
Do we need to be technical?
Not at all. We explain everything in plain English, and the plan is written for the people running the business, not for IT specialists.
How long does it take?
Usually less than a week from the first conversation to the written plan, depending on the size of your business and how many teams we talk to.
What do we get at the end?
A written report and a prioritised action plan: what to do first, what it's likely to cost, what it should save, and what needs putting in place to do it safely.
Do we have to use you for the work?
No. The plan is yours to keep. Many clients ask us to help with the first steps, but there's no obligation.
Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Not necessarily. Sometimes Copilot is the right answer; sometimes a different tool fits better, or no new licence is needed at all. As a Microsoft partner we can advise on licensing either way.
Will AI be safe with our data?
That's part of what we check. We look at where your data lives, who can see it and what should never go into an AI tool, before anything is switched on.
How much does it cost?
Every project starts with a free 30-minute consultation. After that our rate is £900 a day or £500 a half day, plus VAT. We agree the first piece of work up front, as a fixed price or a set number of days, and often quote a fixed price for the whole job. If something material changes, we'll raise it straight away and agree any extra cost before doing the work.
