Which AI do you use?
Whichever suits you best — Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. If you already pay for one, we'll usually start there.
Will our data be used to train the AI?
No. We use the business versions of these tools, which don't use your data to train their models, and we check the settings as part of the set-up.
Can the AI change our data, or only read it?
We start with read-only access. If you later want it to take actions, such as updating a record, we add that deliberately, with the right approvals.
Which systems can you connect?
Microsoft 365 and most modern cloud software can be connected. We'll check your systems during the free consultation.
How is this different from a custom AI assistant?
Integration lets your team ask questions of live business data. A custom assistant answers from a fixed set of documents, and is often used to answer customers.
How much does it cost?
Every project starts with a free 30-minute consultation. After that our rate is £900 a day or £500 a half day, plus VAT. We agree the first piece of work up front, as a fixed price or a set number of days, and often quote a fixed price for the whole job. If something material changes, we'll raise it straight away and agree any extra cost before doing the work.
