This policy applies to consumer, sole trader, and partnership customers.

Scope

The policy covers products and services provided (Technical Support, Broadband, Phones) and websites. It applies to customers and non-customers who interact with the company through service use, promotions, surveys, helpdesk calls, or service inquiries.

Not included: employee/shareholder information, third-party advertisers, linked external organisations. See the cookie policy for website cookie usage.

The policy is reviewed regularly with updates posted when changes occur.

Accessing and updating information

Customers may request corrections or removal of inaccurate personal data at no charge through Customer Services. Under the Data Protection Act, individuals can request copies of held information by writing to: DPO, Millennium Limited, 17 Midland Court, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6RA. A processing fee may apply. Identification will be required.

Customers can opt out of direct marketing communications; processing may take up to 120 hours. Service and billing information will continue.

Personal information collection and use

Data collection depends on products and services used. Information is used to:

  • Bill summaries: 6 years from bill date
  • Contact details: duration of customer relationship plus 6 years
  • Dispute details: 6 years after closure
  • Longer retention occurs when legally required; otherwise data is deleted
