OneDrive saves the day as your portable scanner

Working from home often means doing without the printer and scanner you rely on in the office. You could install a multi-function device at home, but if you only need it now and again, it mostly just takes up space. The OneDrive app in Microsoft 365 offers a simpler answer by turning your phone or tablet into a handheld scanner.

The video shows how it works: tap the scan icon, choose Document and capture the page as if you were taking a photo. You can even sign or draw on the scan with the pen tool, then name it and save it to OneDrive, ready to share.
