We understand that some of our clients only need support now and again so there are three options for non-contract support.

Workshop

• If your PC, laptop or printer breaks down or gets damages don’t worry.  Millenniums workshop service includes a full diagnosis to find out what the problem is.  We’ll make recommendations about any parts that will be required and advise you on the price.
• All of our workshop technician staff are trained to the highest level by the industry's leading providers, including Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Sony, Toshiba.

Price - £60 + vat for the first hour and rounded to the nearest half hour thereafter.

 

 Ad–hoc on site support

• Ideal for emergency IT support this service and is available to everyone. You will be allocated an engineer, qualified to deal with your issue.

Price - £82 + vat per hour (non-contract) plus mileage.

 

Pre-paid support Hours

• This service allows non-contract clients to purchase a block of 10 or more support hours at a reduced rate.
• Clients are allocated the number of hours they have purchased against their record in our systems. As time is used up this is deducted from your allocation.
• A monthly statement will be issued to you showing time remaining versus time used.

Price - £75 + vat per hour (booked in blocks of 10 hours) – office hours only plus mileage.
